Sam did a great job, we got cold feet when the offer was made after only 2 weeks , but the Belle team reassured me that Is was the right decision to sell, so we did. The agency did a great job of contacting the agent of the property we were interested in buying , they helped us work out what we should offer etc. Sam and the team were very professional and provided realistic estimates and sold our appartment quickly with met our objectives . Living interstate, we needed agents who were both professional and had good communication skills.
The property was leased requiring negotiations with the tenants for access during the sale process and vacating the property. The personal repour Tania established with the tenants readily facilitated a mutually acceptable sales timetable.
Tania’s comprehensive sales proposal was presented following her excellent outline of current and anticipated market conditions and recent sales activity in the area.
Tania’s extensive market contacts, however, saw the introduction of a potential purchaser before the sales process had commenced. This resulted in the sale and exchange of contracts in a very short time frame.
Tania’s positive, professional, personable approach and negotiating skills were outstanding. Her communication with us was timely and of the highest level.
She did an amazing job, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Tania and Belle Property Frenchs Forest.

Clinton was excellent to work with from the very first phone call. He was prompt to respond and even sorted a landscaper to beautifully tidy up the property for me as I’m overseas and the tenants had not tended the gardens and lawns for months. This added so much value to the sale in my opinion. He sent photos and texted me to keep me up to date every step of the way. I thoroughly recommend him.

As a buyer, Anna is one of the most incredible agents we have ever come across! She beautiful represented her sellers, whilst also completing respecting our position as buyers. She was warm and welcoming, answered all of our questions and put her 'buyers hat on' when providing us with advice. Having dealt with many agents I found David to be refreshingly authentic and did not adopt the “hard sell” approach used by many where you are a phone number rather than a person. Ben Radcliff was the most professional Sales person we have ever come across . We can not speak highly enough of him and his great dedicated team.
We were always kept up to date with Inquires , open Homes and offers .
I had asked Ben to filter out tyre kickers and not to bother calling me with unsuitable offers below our agreement and he never called , his team emailed us with such details after open homes , inspections etc .
Ben's negotiation skills are second to none . he remained adaptable and open minded , focused at all times , kept doing open homes even so we had a signed Contract 'under offer' .
the first contract got terminated and he had a buyer later on the same Day for more money and No Conditions .
We wish we had met Ben on our previous dealings in Real-Estate over the last 30 years . Nobody came close to his fine Work . Thank you Ben .
